Lytir reads public financial disclosures every day: congressional trade reports, SEC insider filings, planned-sale notices and economic data. It turns them into short, plain summaries.

Everything is automated. Numbers come straight from the filings, and a post names what it measured. We describe what happened. We don't predict prices, and nothing we publish ranks a stock as a buy.

Where the data comes from

• U.S. House and Senate periodic transaction reports (STOCK Act)
• SEC EDGAR: Form 4 insider filings and Form 144 notices
• Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED)
• Public news feeds

Filings can be late, amended or wrong at the source. A congressional trade can be reported up to 45 days after it happened, and we show the trade date so you can judge freshness.
